Synopsis:  Fifth grade student, Menger Lan, promised her friends that she would have a very special party for her birthday. She would continuously ask her parents for picky arrangements for her party ignoring her mother's knee condition. When the party was finished setting up, Menger Lan asked her parents not to join the party, which caused her father to become furious. After being scolded by her father, Menger Lan felt hurt and dejected and resorted to her aunt's house.
